CLOUD-2276	Fixed some inconsistencies with listed campaign launch dates compared to actual launch times.
CLOUD-2258	Added the option to export billing activities on the billing tab to better allocate costs.
CLOUD-2261	The billing page can now filter by clients or viewed overall.
CLOUD-2179	Auto-recharge wasn't working properly in the test environment.
CLOUD-2180	The "usage by client" table in billing wasn't working properly.
CLOUD-2139	Adjusted the hCaptcha to be easier to use; reduced to only one required puzzle.
CLOUD-2172	Implemented better email archiving tools. Can be viewed under "sent" or "archived" tabs.
