Onboarding is a self-serve process. From the CloudContactAI home page, you can click "Sign Up" and immediately get going on the signup form. It's otherwise fairly simple and only requires a working corporate email account, a Gmail account, or an Amazon account to get started.
Clicking the "Create Account" button will send you to the following screen where you will need to sign up with a business email and your name.
After accepting the terms and conditions, you will be sent an email to verify your account and establish the account email. You will then need to create your password, after this step, you will be directed to the CloudContactAI home screen.
From here, we will send you some onboarding messages to get you started. If you are a first-time user of CloudContactAI, the Dashboard will have some video tutorials on how to use our services.
