How to configure your CloudContactAI Agent

  1. Login to CloudContactAI

  2. Navigate to SMS Campaigns

  3. Click on the AI Agents tab

  4. Click on the Create AI Agent button

  5. Enter the name of your Agent and context that should be passed into the prompt. Please contact [email protected] if you'd like to upload your own knowledge base to FAISS.

  6. Click the Save button.

  7. Navigate to Settings

  8. Click on the General Settings tab

  9. Select Enable Bot Conversation

  10. Select Bot Should Answer As Custom Agent

  11. Specify the name of your Agent.

  12. Hit the Save Button

  13. Text your inbound phone number. Engage in a conversation with you Agent.
