Step-by-step guide to configuring an email provider for outbound email in CloudContactAI. Supports Amazon SES and Twilio SendGrid.
To send outbound emails with CloudContactAI, you need to connect a third-party email provider. CCAI supports two providers:
Amazon SES
Prerequisites
- An AWS account with access to IAM and SES
- A verified email address or domain in Amazon SES
Twilio SendGrid
Prerequisites
- A Twilio SendGrid account
- A verified sender identity or domain in SendGrid
