Managing Users

To bring other users into the same account on CloudContactAI, users can send email invites. These additional users will operate off the same bill that the account owner has and will have access to all the same features depending on the type of user.

When the user receives their invite email, they will be prompted to signup with their own name and password. The email will be auto-filled by default.

There are 3 categories of user accounts:
(1) Client Admin
(2) Compliance User
(3) Client User
